What should I wear?
Wear what makes you feel comfortable and confident! Neutral tones or a coordinated color scheme (especially for groups) are always a great choice.
Do I need to book in advance?
The sooner, the better — especially for weekends and golden hour sessions, which tend to fill up fast! For family and couple sessions, booking 3 weeks in advance is ideal. For small events (like showers or birthdays), we recommend reserving your date at least 1–3 months ahead to ensure availability.
Last-minute session? Still reach out — if we have room, we'll do our best to fit you in!
Can you help with planning?
We're here to make it as seamless as possible! Let us know the vision you're after and we’ll chat about where you want to shoot, what to wear, and the best time to catch that gorgeous light.
How should I pose?
No stress here! We’ll guide you with natural direction and gentle prompts so you can relax, feel confident, and be yourself in front of the camera.
How do we plan the proposal and capture the moment?
Planning a proposal shoot should be fun and stress-free! Whether it's a total surprise or it’s something you’re planning together, we're here to help figure out the best timing, spot, and vibe.
If it’s a surprise, we’ll chat about the logistics so I can sneak into the perfect spot without spoiling anything. If you’re planning it together, we’ll coordinate outfits, timing, and all the important details to ensure all goes as planned.
When should we expect our photos?
You'll get sneak peeks sent straight to your phone within 1–2 days of your session — just a little something to hold you over!
Your full edited gallery will be delivered via email with a downloadable link and secure PIN. The gallery is yours to access indefinitely and can be shared with friends and family at your discretion.
Delivery time depends on the type of session booked, but we’ll always give you an estimated turnaround time when we book.
I don't see what I'm looking for; do you offer other services?
We are always open to new opportunities. Reach out to see how we can best fit your needs/if Simplicity is the right fit for you!
Can I bring my pet?
Fur babies are always welcome!
Can I send inspo pics?
Inspiration photos are always welcome! We’ll use them to understand the mood and direction you're going for. Keep in mind that while aiming to capture the essence, your final images will reflect our unique editing and shooting style leaving your photos feeling inspired, not copied.
Do you have a travel fee?
A travel fee may apply depending on your session location. Feel free to reach out with your location for a custom quote!
